Detailed Itinerary for 12/17/11

• 9:00am – Get hair done (for bridesmaids/MOB)
• 12:00pm – 1:00pm – Separate lunches between groom’s family and brides’ family (Meggie is hoping for Fazoli’s?)
• 1:30pm – 4:30pm – Both families will meet at the Fleur de Lys Mansion. Bridal party will get ready at the mansion, and pictures will be taken at the mansion once everyone is ready.
• 4:45pm – 5:45 – Last minute pictures with family at Piper Palm House
• 6:00pm – Ceremony starts
• 6:30ish pm – 7:15pm – Ceremony ends, hors d’oeurves and champagne served
• 7:15pm – 8:00pm – Dinner
• 8:00pm – Cake served
• 10:30pm – People should start leaving, we have to be out by 11:00pm.

Notes:

• The earliest arrival time at the Piper Palm House is 4:00pm
• For out of town guests, there are several hotels nearby. We did not reserve a block of rooms at any particular hotel, but we recommend the Drury Inn and Suites. The address is 2111 Sulpher Ave, St. Louis, MO 63139. Phone number is (314) 646-0770.

Dinner Menu:

• Passed hors d’oeurves: Warm Brie and Roasted Grape on toasted brioche, Smoked Shrimp Canape with tomato cream cheese, Bistro Tenderloin Canape with black bean cream and scallion sea salt ciabatta
• Salad: Ziggy Waldorf salad
• Entree: Grilled Filet of Beef Tenderloin with red wine shallot demi glace. Served with dill buttered new potatoes, fresh vegetables, and artisan crafted bread
• House wine, beer, and soda served until 9:00pm
